- At first make tomato paste..
- Now take flour,oil, tomato paste and salt in a pot..

- Then,boil the egg for 5 mins..
- After that cut egg into small pieces.
- Then add salt corns, pepper,chat masala with the pieces of egg..
- Mix all the masala and green chillies with the egg in a plate..
- Now roll the each small dough ball in to thin circle..
- The circle of about 2-3 inch diameter..
- Now stuff the masala egg in the circle..
- Then start folding and forming the pleats one by one..
- Then lift oneside of the edge and start pleat.
- After fold keep the momoes aside for steaming.
- Then take a pan with water and use a metal strainer on the pan like momo steamer on the gas..
- Now put some oil in the strainer..
- Then keep the momos in the strainer and cover with a lid..
- Then after 15 mins remove the lid and it's ready..
- After that put oil in pan.
- Then add tomato paste with garlic onion chat masala chilli and black salt,sabji masala..
- After that stir the paste with water and make a garlic tomato chutney.
- Lastly turn the switch off the gas..
- Then serve the chutney with momos..
